Re-writing history is getting harder

The nice, and maybe scary, thing about the web is that it is actually hard to rewrite history. The WSJ wrote an article today about the history of blogging and it got ripped to shreds by bloggers and the facts that sit out there on the internet that are hard to deny.

Maybe we are entering a world in which history is not written by the victors, but by the democracy.

Great insight! It’ll really be interesting to see how the blogosphere affects the history texts over the next few decades. It’s mind boggling (or should I say mind bloggling?) to think of how the Internet has totally overhauled the way information is communicated and processed.
