Veoh Sues Universal Music

Universal seems to be busy on many fronts these days as Veoh, a YouTube like site, has sued Universal Music Group in a preemptive action seeking what is known as a declaratory injunction to bar Universal from taking legal action.
According to TechCrunch
Veoh says they acted based on “unreasonable threats” from Universal and filed the lawsuit [...]
