I'm not sure how you can do it, but Perry at Best Radio Podcast seems to have figured it out. When I talked to him last he had set up some sort of license deal I think. You might try asking him.

Asim,

I'm answering this very late, but I don't know which post you are referring to. Do you have a link?

Hi Alex,
I have a broadcast backround and recently closed an internet radio station with Live365 and looking to get into Podcasting instead. However I am VERY confused regarding the rules and laws about being able to play popular music on your Podcasts. When I had the internet radio some of the monthly fee I paid went towards ASCAP and BMI but as I Podcaster how would I be covered and is there a way to address this issue so I can Podcast without any consequence?
Your help on this matter would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Alex, I have read a comment posted by you on google blog, 404 pages . you said you removed 3000 pages and ranking went down. Were those pages, low value thin pages, were you getting any links from those pages or they were old pages and have nothing to do with the current website content? did you recover your ranking? I need to remove some pages from my websites , your feedback will help me
Thanks
Take Care
